All items are made to order and will generally dispatch within 3-5 working days. At busy periods this may increase, current lead times will be displayed on the website.
All orders are sent from the UK using a tracked delivery service.
Domestic orders aim to be delivered within 1-2 days or 2-3 days, dependent on the service chosen at checkout.
International order delivery times vary dependent on location, for most countries the aim is within 14 working days.
International customers will also be responsible for any additional customs fees and taxes their order may incur.

Yes! We can design and make one off products to your specification if you have something particular in mind. If you would like one of our existing products in a custom colour, or want to alter the design, we'd also be happy to discuss options. This is a completely natural occurrence commonly referred to as 'patina'. As leather is a natural material it will age through use and exposure to the environment. Oils from your hands, moisture and sunlight are just a few of the factors that will cause patina.
Every item will age uniquely through use, making every item even more personal.

Please note that personalised items and custom orders cannot be returned, unless the item is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
